We realize at Downs Designs, Inc. that the first order may require one or more returns for another size or style until we know exactly which size and style will fit the best.
At Downs Designs, your complete satisfaction is our top priority. For first-time buyers a return label will be provided upon request if you wish to return all or part of your order for an exchange. We will send out another size or style and return them with free shipping if you wish to exchange them. If the reordered size was still not appropriate, you may return the purchase for a full refund excluding the shipping charges. You may also continue to try to find a size that fits, but the shipping charges will be your responsibility thereafter. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any of our products in their original condition for a full refund.. Once pants are hemmed, they cannot be returned.
How to return your purchase for a refund
For a full refund, return the item in it's original condition and enclose a copy of the receipt. Once the item is received in our warehouse, a refund check will be issued immediately, less the cost of shipping and handling, unless it is the first order. Please call us if you have any questions.
